The Main House

  • A spacious, restored farm house with amazing waterfront views

  • 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 11 beds that sleep up to 12 guests

    1st Floor

    • Living room, sun room, powder room, and large dining room overlooking the Elk and Bohemia Rivers

    • Large kitchen with two double gas ovens, two 5-burner ranges, two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, serving ware and cookware

    • Bedroom #1 - two twin beds that can be combined into one king. Private full bathroom en suite

    • Bedroom #2 - two twin beds that can be combined into one king. Private ADA full bathroom en suite

    2nd Floor

    • Bedroom #3 - three twin beds

    • Bedroom #4 - two twin beds and one double bed

    • Bedroom #5 - one twin bed

    • Shared full bathroom

The Guest House

  • Six individual, air-conditioned, hotel-style rooms are all on the ground floor

  • Each room has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, open closet and a small desk. Each room can accommodate one or two guests

The Meeting Spaces

  • Chapel - 27’ x 28’ (750 sq ft) meeting room with bar sink and ADA bathroom

  • Conference Room - 18’ x 22’ (400 sq ft) conference room with bar sink and ADA bathroom

  • Wifi available in all buildings

  • Event Tent - 60’ x 100’ (6,000 sq ft)
